This looks like a wonderful book, one that I should read as well.

I just finished "The Expert's Edge" last night. It's great. A perfect book for consultants and those looking to become Leaders. It offers higher income levels, increased job satisfaction and lasting customer loyalty. It describes how to get published, conduct speaking engagements, get media attention and maximize use of the Internet.

For me, and a lot of us, speaking engagements are not my strength so the more I can learn about this the more comfortable I will feel with it.

I hope you enjoy as much as I did!

I think this is a great post about decision making. I think women, in some cases, are uncomfortable making decisions because it involves channeling their inner leader (and that makes them uncomfortable). Being a leader has more to do with being able to make a decision and stick with it than randomly bouncing from one idea to the next in hopes of someone else's approval
P.S. BC bloggers want to have a Chicago area meet up - interested?
