		<description>I love this info, it&#039;s so true. When it comes to &quot;natural&quot; or &quot;organic&quot; common sense is your best shopping companion. If I could add one thing, I&#039;d say when you&#039;re going for healthy foods - the less ingredients the better (unless it&#039;s an organic vegan cheesecake or something obviously complicated to make). Also, this doesn&#039;t really have to do with health so much as environmentalism ... but less packaging is better too :D For one thing you&#039;re personally producing less waste, and for another you&#039;re probably getting a better deal and/or better quality food because the cost isn&#039;t going to a plastic bag in a box inside another plastic wrapping, it&#039;s going into the actual product.</description>
