This article really just helped me boost my confidence as a business owner and a once "terminated" employee. Its amazing how awkward it can feel, but its more amazing what you get out of it. I almost used to admire people that have never been let go from a job. Wondering to myself, what do they got that I don't got. << Thats just it, they don't have anything that you don't have and thats why they are still there. Although frustrating and at times, hurtful, you do get over it. The reality, YOU MOVE ON, and almost always, its to bigger and better things while taking a lot of knowledge and skills to go with it. Thanks Tory and Nicole for putting this article together!!
