		<description>Great post Nicole. I&#039;ve found the same thing with people in PR- they focus too much on the tactics without really understanding the goal. If your only &quot;why&quot; is that other people say it&#039;s good for you, how motivated could you possibly be? No one likes being told what to do, and until you personalize that motive and really understand your goal for what it means to you, all you&#039;re advice books will become nothing more than a collection of expensive coasters.</description>
