What is #MCGConnect?
#MCGConnect a fun and honest chat for women who want it all (and for the guys who are brave enough to hang with us!). We’ll discuss everything from our careers, pop culture, news, fashion, food, family, relationships and more. We give something away during EACH chat that supports a women-friendly business too!
Who hosts #MCGConnect?
#MCGConnect is hosted by Nicole Crimaldi and Kovie Biakolo who work together at MCG Media, Inc. as online marketing consultants. They also run MsCareerGirl.com and put on quarterly MCG Connect women’s networking events in Chicago. Nicole and Kovie are admittedly a bit obsessed with Twitter and love participating in chats.
So basically, we took our favorite aspects of our favorite chats and created #MCGConnect! For more on Nicole and Kovie, visit our About page!
How does it work?
At 8pm CST we’ll start with introductions. Shortly after we’ll begin with question #1. Every 10 minutes, a new question will be released. Giveaways will be randomly announced throughout the chat!
Tips:
- Use TweetChat.com to follow our hashtag (#MCGConnect) – it’ll make the chat a lot more fun! You’ll only see tweets tagged with #MCGConnect. TweetChat.com will automatically add “#MCGConnect” to the end of each tweet you send too!
- When answering a question, include the question # you’re responding to. For example, if responding to the second question, put “A2″ at the beginning of your tweet when answering the question.
