People have different breakfast habits. Some, have none at all! I am one of them. I don’t believe in breakfast during weekdays. I don’t know what it is, but my body is just refuses to take it, mostly because it has gotten so accustomed to getting other more important things done, like jumping into the shower and getting out of the door before the bulk of morning rush hour kicks in.
