Adele

Adele is one of the most popular singers of the times.  She made waves in the music industry nationally and internationally with her tracks like “Hello” and many more. Born in 1988, the English star went to the BRIT School of Performing Arts. She was named Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, by her parents, to whom she was an only child. However, her father of Welsh ancestor walked out when she was still a toddler, but remained in touch with her till her teens.

For Adele her first music inspiration came at the age of fifteen when she stumbled upon a collection of Ella and Etta that was released in the 1940s. This awakened a passion for music from then onward in her life. When her mother realized this she got Adele enrolled at an esteemed school of performing arts, where Adele recorded a demo for her class project. Thinking nothing of the same she uploaded this demo which comprised of three tracks on a social media platform, from where it got noticed by XL Recordings.  The company got in touch with Adele and she landed a record deal prior to finishing her school.

While her story might seem smooth and problem free, she has bravely fought numerous battles in her personal and professional life. One news that made headlines was her being criticized by the gurus of the fashion industry because of her body weight. She dealt with the situation with tactfulness and gained support of millions across the world. Today, not only she is among the top rated artists of the world but also a woman who celebrated her motherhood with pride and enthusiasm back in the year 2012, when she gave birth to her son, Angelo.
