Women are now making significant contributions to the tech world, and their impact will only grow. In this blog post, we will explore how women have changed the technology field. This was a substantial increase from the previous year, when the median pay for women in tech was just $64,000. And as more women enter the tech workforce and more companies start to realize the value of diversity, the pay gap will likely continue to close.
