International HR Business Partner  (Human Resources)
An International HR Business Partner, develops, and maintains the relationships with the charities key stakeholders. They also strive to constantly improve all methods used in researching, resourcing and attracting staff into senior, strategic  or roles in which it is generally hard to recruit personnel.
An International HR Business Partner also works directly with directors and managers to support them by anticipating any potential problems that may arise, be it at a local, individual, or strategic level.
In addition to their education and experience,  an International HR Business Partner must be able to speak more than one language. Typically, it is desired that they have the ability to speak Spanish, and French, with Arabic, Mandarin, and/or Portuguese being seen as an advantage.

Head of Fundraising (Fundraising)

The Head of Fundraising for a charity is responsible for delivering a strategy and implementation of fundraising options. This person must also manage budgets and the fundraising team. The Head of Fundraising is usually required to work with a variety of fundraising opportunities and functions.
The Head of Fundraising must have extensive experience with successful fundraising while they were working in a junior staff position. They must also have experience working with a variety of fundraising streams; ranging from trusts, major gifts, events, corporate, and direct marketing.
